50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking
Remaining balance and security deposit due 28 days before arrival
Cancellation policy: strict (all prepayments are non-refundable)

Minimum number of nights: low season – 4 nights, high season – 7 nights.

11:00 hrs (please, inform us before you leave).

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
Payment method: credit card, to be paid by bank transfer with the last payment.

A minimum of 50% of the rental price is payable at the time of booking and the remainder no later than 28 days before the day of arrival.
The remaining balance of the security deposit and final cleaning fee can be paid by bank card on the day of arrival, please note that the bank card fee is charged to the client.
Cancellation policy: all prepayments are non-refundable.
